Happy New Year! Gratitude for 2013! Have a delightful 2014!

May 2014 bring you an abundance of blessings.

Some people and events in 2013 that I’m grateful for:

  • meeting David Harel and then training in craniosacral therapy (classical and biodynamic) with Ryan Hallford — this new work direction is juicy and compelling
  • all of the people who have allowed me to practice on them — I appreciate your willingness to let a student learn on you
  • my regular clients who like my Swedish/integrative and/or Ashiatsu massages
  • Matt Fuhrmann at Tao Health and Fitness — thanks to Functional Movement, I can move my body with grace and strength, and my energy is high
  • Dr. Mary Mason, DC, for improving my long-standing alignment issues as well as my vision
  • all of the amazing healers I’ve been lucky enough to connect with and learn from
  • friends who’ve invited me or accompanied me to parties, workshops, movie nights, lunches, dinners, live music, dancing, book groups, potlucks, game nights, campfires, and so much more
  • Ginny Krauskopf for taking such wonderful care of Mango the Cat
  • Zen Blend for the floatation tank experiences — looking forward to more
  • Rob Dee at Howdy Honda for helping my car purchase go well
  • David Baker and Ellen Evans and the dance community for making Ecstatic Dance Austin such a fabulous experience
  • Thomas, for driving to Houston to see the James Turrell exhibit with me
  • Glenda, for providing me with a cozy, friendly place to stay when I was doing cranio training in Southlake
  • Harry, for inviting me to his beautiful, serene ranch in Kendall County
  • Wendy Davis, for filibustering and generally being awesome for Texans

2014, welcome! I have a feeling you’re gonna be a very good year!
