Today almost got away from me! Early phone call, early client, then lunch and shopping with my granddaughter, and heavy traffic on the way home.

Some days are like that! I notice that my morning energy is so much stronger than my late afternoon energy.

I had a few cranial nods in this session. Tide, radiance, a bit of swirliness.

Dancing tonight…gonna take a little nap!
