We are polyrhythmic beings.
Breath. Heartbeat. Circulation. Tides. Internal and external rotations. Digestion. Circadian rhythms. Fluid motion. Cellular activity. Neuronal activity. Lymph flow. And so much more.
To become still in body and mind is to begin to sense the magnificent dance occurring within each of us.
Today’s Biodynamic Meditation had a lot of stillness to it. Radiance at my face, third eye wide open that somehow connects to the soles of my feet, energy in sit bones.
Slow, slow swirliness. Pelvis, cranium. Self-healing.
Your life force wants an audience. You.
